Don't Want It All, Big Long Now, and Something in the Way are probably the most depressing.

I don't know about in existence, but I would also choose Something In The Way as Nirvana's saddest song
            "
            I'll take a potato chipand
            EAT IT!!
            "

come on over and do the twist, over do it and have a fit!

Other than Nirvana's covers of 'Turnaround', 'Molly's Lips' and 'Son of a Gun', the majority of Nirvana's songs contain some dark, honest meanings that if interpreted correctly can hit you in the beep head like a brick.
For saddest songs, I hands down given the award to their cover of 'Where Did You Sleep Last Night' from their MTV Live and Unplugged album. But as far as originals go, I'd either give it to 'Something in the Way' (any version) or 'All Apologies' (Unplugged Version). All Apologies, even when not played acoustically, it just feels like the entire song is Kurt's message to his fans saying either "Sorry" or "I don't owe any of you a 'sorry'." and judging from unedited interviews from ABOUT A SON, I'm leaning towards my second guess..
"If either 'Dark Knight' or 'Scarface' are in your top 10 listKill yourself."

I don't think of "Milk It" as being that depressing, maybe because the music itself sounds hard as hell. "Something in the Way" definitely gets a vote, but as a whole, I just don't listen to Nirvana's music looking for something to relate to when I'm depressed (which I think is stupid/immature because folks listen to Nirvana 75% of the time because Kurt offed himself). I rather listen to their music as s7ecomething I can use to vent when things get tough, that and I like the fact they wanted to do something original than be another Punk Rock band.
"Pennyroyal Tea". I like particularly for the honesty of the lyrics. "I'm so tired I can't sleep/I'm anemic royalty" and even though I can't really identify, I can understand what Cobain meant by the "I'm on warm milk, laxatives" and the guitar solo adds to the feeling of spilling your guts (no pun intended).
"Frances Farmer Will Have Her Revenge On Seatle". Definitely a song for sh!tty relationships. "It's so relieving, to know that you're leaving, as soon as you get paid"/It's so soothing, to know that you'll sue me, starting to sound the same". Great song.
"Drain You". Identify with this for much of the same reasons as "Pennyroyal Tea" and "Frances" as I feel its a mixture of both.
"Lounge Act". Good all around song with great lyrics for different experiences. Lyrics that stand out for me are "I'll arrest myself than wear a shield/We'll make a pact to learn from whomever we want without new rules".
"Dumb". Good song for identifying with yourself. Cobain should've wrote more songs like this because I think he was saying a lot with the lyrics.
"Come As You Are". Classic Nirvana song. Listen to it anytime when I'm taking it easy, can really relate to the "Take your time, hurry up, choice is your's just don't be late/Take a rest, as a friend, as an old memory" and overall be yourself/be original message.
I could go on but I again, I don't find their music that depressing and I think the idea of listening to Nirvana for the depressing content is pretty damned stupid, there's much more to their music than that. However, in contribution to this thread I think that "You Know You're Right" is probably the most depressing because it was their l2000ast song and the lyrics make it out to be a sort of a final song. Nirvana was just too good of a band to be brought down by Kurt's death, they're one of the last bands that breathed raw talent.
