For me, the best movie she was ever in was A Room With a View. I love that movie, but she's not the lead, and her performance is pretty restrained and properly Edwardian. My favorite performance of hers is in Notes on a Scandal.
Mightn't I be allowed to keep my horse?

I know this sounds trite, but I love her in everything. Absolutely everything!
I first really became aware of her watching
As Time Goes By
, and fell in love with her, and started noticing her in many other things. But that last episode, WHOA!

did you guys ever see that? That very last episode. That came out of friggin' nowhere! I suppose that was the type of shock the GoT people feel towards Dark Danni.
Loved her in all the Bond flicks as well. Brilliant. She's got such a regal bearing.

She played that creepy obsessive manipulative lonely lesbian Barbara Covett really convincingly.
