I think it's one of his two films with Lee Remick. Either Days of Wine and Roses or Experiment In Terror.

OOoh.Experiment in TerrorI saw that when I was a youngster and NEVER forgot the ominous feeling it gave me..along with the suspenseful imagery. It was very well done. Verrry memorable movie. Lee Remick was so great in both the films you mention. My favorite Blake Edwards film is S.O.B. He was one of a kind. And so were all his films.

My personal favorite of his films would probably have to be 'The Party'. I might not call it his very best film, but I'd venture to say that it's his most purely fun and experimental movie. I know that many now would find the film's humor and style to be very dated, but for me it perfectly captures that swinging late-60s era along with 238the stereotypical and humorous view of the snobby elites within the movie industry.
