Was she left out of the Oscars "in memoriam" for suing Paramount for sex abuse?

Yeah, the point wasn't to win but to help brainwash the public into being divided against each other. That's why the amount of damages sought were ridiculous. The co-stars probably were more easily manipulated in their old age to agree to go along with this.

I don't know what the date range is to be mentioned In Memoriam. But if you search on the date of death for the last 12 months in IMDb (

) you get a shed load of very recognisable names that didn't make the list (as seen on
https://www.oscars.org/about/memoriam
).
To be honest it's a depressingly long list of recognisable names and includes some I didn't realise had ceased to be.
I have always depended on the kindness of Strangers - and the bastards let me down!
