It's just a sentimental gesture for a legend. He lives on through his music.
As I've said before, I find the circumstances surrounding his death suspicious and rather convenient for some in the music industry, especially when you consider the first two people on the scene.
He was also never found guilty of anything. Sometimes, rumours are just rumours.

Being publicly accused of something and having lawsuits filed is a little more than just rumors.
Way to soft sell allegations of child abuse and pedophillia.

And the FBI found nothing. He was never found guilty of anything. Even the claims that he allegedly paid off people millions of dollars in hush money has been disproven.
He was trying to take down some big names at Sony and as I said, the timing and circumstances of his death were very suspicious and convenient.
