Ok in Episode IV: A New Hope when the Death Star captures the Millennium Falcon I swear that is Brion James who reports to Vader and tells him that nobody is on the ship. Is it just me??

The actor you refer to is, unfortunately uncredited. I have seen the original Star Wars literally hundreds of times, but to give you the benefit of the doubt I popped in my DVD of the movie to check for myself. I do not believe this is Brion James, even at a younger age. I have seen Mr. James in numerous productions(Blade Runner, Mork & Mindy, Galactica 1980,Enemy Mine, etc)& am quite familiar with his face. I also read a big article about him recently in issue #20 of Psychotronic Magazine, spring 1995 edition. However, this is all my opinion. Brion James R.I.P. 1945-1999

It was actor Christopher Muncke who played Captain Khurgee in Star Wars.
