I love Myrna. She had it all, beauty, brains and compassion. Here are her five best by far.(ordered by year)
1.Love Me Tonight (1932)
2.The Thin Man (1934)
3.Broadway Bill (1934)
4.Libeled Lady (1936)
5.The Thin Man Goes Home (1944)
There are many other good ones but these five rank best for me.Broadway Bill is especially underrated.

My top 5 Myrna Loy films:
(My rankings are based on my top 5 favorite Myrna Loy performances, not my 5 favorite films out of her overall filmography.)
#1. The Thin Man (1934)
~My #1 definitely has to be a film that teams her with William Powell,
so why not just go with the most iconic.
#2. Penthouse (1933)
~Loy as the sophisticated call-girl with a sweet side and the heart-of-gold, what's not to LOVE!
#3. The Best Years of Our Lives (1946)
~Fredric March is one of my favorite actors and I think Loy and March play off each other in such a way that exudes tenderness and understanding, which is perfect for their characters in the film.
#4. Libeled Lady (1936)
~The quartet of Loy, Powell, Tracy, and Harlow is an acting dream team and Loy more than holds her own, she shines bright.
#5. Love Me Tonight (1932)
~While her role in this phenomenal film may be small, it is still juicy and she plays it in a deliciously tongue-in-cheek manner. -
