Other sources say she was born in 1933, which makes more sense given her appearance. Wiki says 1924 as does IMDb. Both of these sites can have information altered, submitted and otherwise manipulated by users so the information is questionable at times. I mean you can have all the plastic surgery you want, but at some point it no longer matters and age catches up! She ain't no 90 years old. More like 81.

The Internet Broadway Database says she was born in 1924 and it's no wiki.
Last December, she retweeted tweets from people wishing her a happy birthday, including friends of hers, who were amazed she looked that good at 91. She would have corrected them, don't you think?

The birth date of Dec. 1924 is backed up by New York state records regarding her father's naturalization petition.

It is amazing, I have to admit when I watched her in movies growing up, I always wondered why she always played the role of the older grandmother type figure. Never knowing that she was actually an older grandmother figure!!! I always used to say why she's always acting so old when she's so young, never knowing her true age of course.
