Maybe I am going crazy (or maybe my memory is seriously confused) but I could have sworn she used to be on Too Close for Comfort.
Obviously, it wasn't her. Who am I thinking of?

I think you're thinking of Deena Freeman from Too Close. I know what you are talking about. There was a woman that looked/sounded like Kathy on that show. Too Close is on DVD now.
