it’s a diabetic drug with secondary weight loss attributes. it’s not approved for weight loss and shouldn’t be prescribed off label for weight loss. it’s not a good drug for being prescribed off label and can b dangerous.

fda approved it for diabetes and not weight loss. it it’s prescribed for weight loss it’s prescribed off label and could be dangerous. there r lower doses of a dug called wegovy that is approved for weight loss and has its own issues.
