Think its clear DRAGONBALL: REBORN won't be happening. I don't even think a reboot will happen.

Shes got some crazy looking horror movie coming out that I can't find it here on IMDB. Just go5b4ogle "Emmy Rossum's New Horror Movie" and you'll find a teaser trailer. They're calling it some kind of social film experience. Looks interesting.

In terms of what's in the works, she's starring on a new Showtime orginal series called Shameless opposite William H Macy and Allison Janney.
She's also got a second album in the works though who knows when that'll be released.
I don't think Dragonball: Reborn is actually happening though. Several other cast members have said it's a no-go.
She's actually worked fairly consistantly if not constantly since Phantom. But her projects aren't always high profile or commercially successful -

Dragonball 2 isn't happening from what I've heard. Several other cast members have said it's a no go. But maybe someone with a pro account could check out the page and see what's on it. I think "Shameless" has potential to be good and I hope for more quality work in the future

ugh i know! its so sad
she hasn't really done anything significant since Poseidon and that wasn't very good. She needs to get back to acting! Music is great and all, but I miss seeing her in movies and I feel like if she's not in a mainstream movie REALLY soon her acting career is overits been far too long. -

You should see Dare. It's more indie than mainstream, but it's a very good movie and Emmy gives an excellent performance. That came out in November 2009 but it's on DVD now.
I also think that "Shameless" has potential to be a successful show. It premieres in September 2010 on showtime. Shows that are on showtime and HBO have a strong track record for both critical acclaim and commercail success, and William H Macy and Allison Janney are both strong costars!
