They look nothing alike.
Marian Cotillard is MUCH prettier, with much finer features. And, she has more grey-colored eyes, as opposed to Emmy's brown eyes.

This. They look nothing alike, except I think Emmy Rossum is prettier than Marion. Marion has more "sex appeal" though and she is a really good actress. I liked her a lot as Edith Piaf, but she is not a French beauty.

Marion is far prettier. I think she looks more like the late Brittany Murphy. Not as hot as Ms. Cotillard.
