This was filmed back in 1991 for a morning show possibly out in California. Billy West (the voice of Stimpy from Ren and Stimpy, the Cheerios Bee, Fry from the show Futurama) plays General Larry Fine. Guaranteed to make you laugh.

This was a skit from the short lived Howard Stern Summer Show on Channel 9, he did quite a few skits for that as larry fine.as he was also a part of the cast of the Howard Stern Radio Show

Billy West does a great Larry Fine! I loved the original Nick episodes of R&S because hearing Stimpy reminded me so much of being a little kid watching the Stooges on TV.
