Awesome concert. He's one of those artists that I had to see beforewell..before I can't anymore. Let's face it. He ain't gonna retire.

I regret I've never seen Gordon Lightfoot in concert. I also want to before I can't anymore. I'm watching an old "Saturday Night Live" now, and he's terrific. I'm glad he's still performing.
So did he cover all the old familiar songs, plus do some new ones? I especially love "Carefree Highway" and "Dream Street Rose."

I saw him in concert several times in the 70s and 80s. He puts on one heck of a show, that's for sure!

I saw him in concert at the San Diego County Fair and that was a mistake in the early 90's. The audience knew the lyrics better than he did and he kept on getting muddled up. I really wish I hadn't seen him. Someone said he either had an alcohol problem at the time or was coming out of it. It was definitely a poor show.

I have seen him in concert which impressed me. However a friend of mine confirmed that he did know how to drink to the point where he could be a belligerent drunk which says much about the effect that it has in people in general.
