I always though Tobin reminded me a bit of Brion James from Bladerunner. I think it's his nose and chin shape.

Over here in the U.K, we have a television game show called 'Goldenballs' hosted by a man called 'Jasper Carrott'

I just saw Saw 4 today and I was going absolutely crazy. I had to stop the movie and check online. He looks exactly like him. The exact same facial expressions. I just couldn't believe it was him because that would have been some unbelievable make up. I still cannot stop thinking that they're related. The facial expression was just a carbon copy. It was seriously creepy.

To me he looks amazingly like Mark Rolston, Pvt Drake from Aliens, especially in the X Files,I even thought it was him, that's why I looked him up. But I kinda knew I was wrong cos Mark Rolston is English

could just be me, but i caught a couple of minutes of days of our lives or whatever, and one of the actors on it looks like a younger version of him.

he doesn't look like Leslie but in around the world in 80 days he shows up near the very end where the main villain goes on a rant telling everyone that no one can stop him then after he says "you?" For the 3rd time then you'll see Tobin in a top hat and a mustache displaying a surprised look in his face. Keep an eye out and try not to blink. By the way he's not credited.
