he would be great as Ash, he was one of my favorite characters on buffy and i just got done rewatching the entire series on dvd and he would be perfect however.sam raimi has stated that there is only one true Ash(bruce campbell)and if the remake ever gets made it will not have the Ash character. but maybe he'll read this board and reconsider. i dont believe there should be a remakethey should just make an evil dead 4.

oh my god, when i first heard they were doing a remake without bruce campbell i was like beep that, there's no way that'll be any good, but i didn't even think about nick.
he would be AMAZING for that role.

Man that's so weird. I was just thinking about how much Xander Harris looked like a young Bruce Campbell. Of course, Bruce Campbell will always be the best Ash. But if they ever did replace him, I think Nicholas Brendon really fits the bill.
