my favorite song is : bring it on home to me i could listen to that song over and over and never get tired of it -

for sentimental reasons (especially the live@harlem version)

What a tough question!
Bring It On Home To Me just give me chills everytime I hear it. Someone listening to Sam Cooke's music must have no soul if they don't "feel" his music. Other favorites, of course, are Sad Mood and A Change Is Gonna Come. I don't know, love them all! -

A Change is Gonna Come, which might be the greatest song of all time. It certainly has the most moving opening of any song I've ever heard.
Someone posted this on another board, and it's comforting for anyone who doesn't want to believe Sam Cooke was a cold-blooded rapist:
