What a tough question!
Bring It On Home To Me just give me chills everytime I hear it. Someone listening to Sam Cooke's music must have no soul if they don't "feel" his music. Other favorites, of course, are Sad Mood and A Change Is Gonna Come. I don't know, love them all! -

A Change is Gonna Come, which might be the greatest song of all time. It certainly has the most moving opening of any song I've ever heard.
