She's the So You Think You Can Dance host.
I think she was a model and then gave that up to host different shows. Apparently that was her dream when she was younger.

She's a well known British TV presenter from Birmingham. Her "big break" was on kids tv, hosting SMTV with Ant and Dec. She's presented things over here like Fame Academy and Stars in Their Eyes and she does the UK coverage for American Idol. She's done a lot over here.

Was a model, became an MTV VJ, presented on SMTV Live, presented loads of other programmes, went to America and presented So You Think You Can Dance. Does that answer your question?
