Man, you have got some nerve to judge appearance. And the fact that you think anyone smart enough to direct themselves to Pam Ferris' IMDB page is actually concerned about her looks is just the dumbest assumption anyone could makeespecially on a damn message board. Creating an entire topic dedicated to your pointless opinion is SOOO becoming of you. When people like you finally die off maybe the world can move forwardfree of stupid judgments that have nothing to do with actual human character.
If you think that I have made a big deal out of thisyou are right. When people come to these message boards they generally come to praise the actor (director, etc) or at LEAST to have intellectual discussions and disagreements about them. This isn't your Yahoo chat roomtake your growth-crippling mentality elsewhere, please. -

Fabulous post! Pam Ferris may not be a classic beauty, but she is an attractive woman who is not afraid to take on any role, no matter how much she has to play down her looks. Anyone who eschews beauty in favor of a brilliant performance should not only command our respect, but should also be considered gorgeous in all the ways that really count. Most glamor-puss types are a dime a dozen.

lol SHE'S not ugly, but her CHARACTERS are. I think when we see someone like Miss Trunchbull or the one in Harry Potter, we kinda see the actress as ugly when theyre not. Look at some of the pictures of her as herself, and youll see she's not a real beauty, but she's not ugly.

KENTPUN7 and poisonivy12321 are probably uglier than any character that Pam will ever play. You make nasty comments like that and your inner-ugliness comes through and turns you into an ugly person, not matter how pretty you might look on the outside.
