Have you read Gene Simmons' bio? I don't know if he's just being bitter towards Ace, but apparently on some CD's he didn't even show up to the recordings to record his solos, other guitarists did, or he just phoned them in.. But then again, how do we know if Gene is telling the truth?

Genes biography has been out for 6 years. If Gene had been lying, do you not think somebody (Ace for example) would have spoken out about it by now?
Also, if you read the 'AUTHORIZED' KISS biography, it states quite clearly who played on what albums and Genes comments on Ace are confirmed by many other people. They are not all lying.
