Obamas christianity doesn't equal Bush's christianity.
Don't try to equate the 2.
Bush is viewed as a outspoken christian, whose job decisions are heavily influenced by his religion, Obama is not viewed that way. -

She is intitled to her opinion just like everyone elsethe only difference is when a christian speaks their beliefs, they get land-blastedshe believes in the Biblewhich is her right! I did not forget to mention anything because I can only speak for myself and I do not try to force my beliefs on anyone. But since you brought it up, I will not forget to mention how often non-christians try to force their belief system on others. -

Many Christians share their beliefs because they are trying to follow Jesus' instructions to go and tell all the world and to love thy neighbor as thyself. The intent is not usually to irritate someone but it seems that is the outcome sometimes. I think this avowed athiest explains it better than I can. The people knocking on the doors really wasn't one that bothered me that much, and it wasn't a good example.
A better one is that there is too much christian influence in the making of US laws, in my opinion. -

I really think this is part of the reason Christianity has been on a decline in this country, by its bastardization of being legislated.
