I'm guessing you also voted for Sarah Palin, because you think she is cute, too.

She is intitled to her opinion just like everyone elsethe only difference is when a christian speaks their beliefs, they get land-blastedshe believes in the Biblewhich is her right! I happen to agree with her, which is my right! I know I will be chastized for this as wellObama may be a christianthat is between him and GodI cannot pass judgement either wayI do know that abortion is not biblicaljust stating factsI may not agree 100% with Republicans or DemocratsI just vote the Bible because I am the only one who has to answer for my self in the end.

"She is intitled to her opinion just like everyone elsethe only difference is when a christian speaks their beliefs, they get land-blasted"
lambasted
Also, you are forgetting to mention how often christians try to force their belief system on others.
Maybe that is one reason for the lambasting? -

I did not forget to mention anything because I can only speak for myself and I do not try to force my beliefs on anyone. But since you brought it up, I will not forget to mention how often non-christians try to force their belief system on others. -

Then you are an exception.

Well, I haven't seen any of them going around knocking on peoples doors in the morning. -

Many Christians share their beliefs because they are trying to follow Jesus' instructions to go and tell all the world and to love thy neighbor as thyself. The intent is not usually to irritate someone but it seems that is the outcome sometimes. I think this avowed athiest explains it better than I can. And by the way, God Bless You. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZhG-tkQ_Q2w

The people knocking on the doors really wasn't one that bothered me that much, and it wasn't a good example.
A better one is that there is too much christian influence in the making of US laws, in my opinion. -

I do not try to force my beliefs on anyone.
You earlier said..
I just vote the Bible
Make up your mind.
I really think this is part of the reason Christianity has been on a decline in this country, by its bastardization of being legislated. -

Only Christians force their beliefs upon people? What country and planet have you been living on?

I have no qualms with her Christianity. I have qualms with her complete ignorance of fascism, socialism and liberal political beliefs, as well as her gullibility of the punditry that powers much of cable news nowadays. She seems to believe anything that gets shoved through her pigeonholed life, and it's completely infuriating.

of course everyone is entitled to their own opinion. that's because our country has a president and not a dictator. the difference is not that she's christian, it's that she's spouting off about things she doesn't understand, and on a highly watched NEWS station. just because she's famous (sort of) doesn't mean she can just taut lies and conjecture on national television as if they were truth. we, and she especially as someone with this kind of access to public media, have a responsibility for what we put out there for everyone to hear. some people will believe anything they hear if it's on television. of course anyone who watches fox expecting the news is a lost cause anyway
and as a jewish person i find it irresponsible and moronic of her to compare ANYTHING to the holocaust and hitler, just because it's something she disagrees with. does she even know what happened during the holocaust??? ugh, the ignorance is astounding.
