You're a fitness professional by trade and claim he's at 2 to 4% body fat?
While I'm not going to try and "diss" chris.. - because like you say, for almost 50 he looks pretty good, but there is NO WAY IN HELL he has 4% body fat. While his abs are firm, they aren't exactly showing striations of individual muscle that you would see. He's got a 6 pack, not a striped 8 pack. - His arms, while large, were also padded. Lastly, his thighs left some to be desired.
As a professional body builder, you should also know that to get a more ripped appearance (short term) you can eat bananas, and take a diuretic. - Chris may have been doing this for the show.
I am not saying he isn't in great shape.. what I'm saying is that he's not in say, as good a shape as say, lance armstrong, who is 8% body fat.
I don't think STALLONE has ever been under 5% body fat, and he's in MUCH better shape..
I mean, c'mon - He's using 45 lb dumbells for his workout.. It's not like he's actually pushing himself to the limit. I use them for fly's for toning, at 5 sets of 25, and I'm nowhere near "professional" [or, admittedly, in anywhere near as good a shape as chris is]
