No, you cannot receive Supplemental Security Income (SSI) if you live outside the United States for more than 30 consecutive days. However, there are some exceptions.

Students who are temporarily abroad for study
Children whose parents are in the military and stationed overseas
Returning to the U.S.
To be eligible for SSI benefits again, you must return to the U.S. and remain lawfully present for a full calendar month. This means you must be physically present for every hour of every day of any month of the year.
