I've been fan of his for years. This is not meant as an insult but I've seriously always wondered if he might have a slight case of Down syndrome. The shape of his face and head always remind me of people with Down.

First, you can't have a "slight case of Down syndrome". It's an extra chromosome. You either have it or you don't.

Second, Patton is extremely intelligent. He's about as far away on the intelligence bell curve from someone with Down Syndrome as you can get.
How's the shape of your head and eyes?

Except there's different kinds of intelligence. Being mentally retarded doesn't always equal stupid, and academic smarts doesn't prevent stupidity, if that's what you mean.

PO being extremely intelligent is just part of his act, but I don't think he has Down Syndrome. After watching him on netflix, I thought something seemed off though
