first Modern Family, then Justifed, and now Veep. I really want him to go away! -

Why are you telling me this? Who has a point? The OP is an idiot. I love Patton Oswald. I'm not grossed out by his appearance. I like John Waters movies, "strange looking" people do not anger me. Scroll up and reply to the OP.

He's a funny, interesting, intelligent person who happens to not be an Adonis.
You might even have a friend in real life who's valued not because they're beautiful, but because of the aforementioned traits. Sometimes TV program creators try to inject a sense of realism into their shows, to provide for better, more realistic writing, and to make the programs relatable.
If you just want to watch a bunch of beatiful people, who may or may not have anything engaging, or interesting to say, watch Twilight.
