He reminds me a bit of a younger (blond) Rick Springfield, I think maybe it's the eyes. Also, an actor named Chris Potter (from the later seasons of Silk Stalkings).

I think he looks a lot like Ian Ogilvy from Return of the Saint. Same nose and chin. It's a shame his career turned to sh*t.
