Shouldn't the goal be that nobody uses racial slurs of any kind? This crap with races quantifying use of racial slurs is getting old. It's either OK for everyone or it's not, that's kind of what equality 5b4is or do we quantify that now too?

I agree when u said it being all or nothing. Why should it be ok for blacks to say and call each other the "n" words, but as soon as someone who is not black even mentions those words its considered a hatecrime and racist. I hate that double standard. People love to use that "race card". The way I look at it, its racist if we cant use that word when they can.

My thing is why is it a problem for you? I always think badly of white people who try to justify using this word in whatever way possible. I don't care how many black people you know or whatever.
Another thing I would like to point out is that every group have their own "word" that people can't use outside of that group even gays. So far from what I know every race (except whites unless you want to count honky as one) have their own racial slur that they use within their groups in a different way, but everyone just gripe on blacks.
My point is if an asian person don't want me to say their racial slur tow1c84ards them even in friendly jest, then I won't and honestly, I don't give a damn enough to fight for the power to say it.

As a white person you have much more privelleges than black people than actually you actually know, and what would white people even use it for it doesn't relate to you guys. A bunch of middle class white teens can't just call each other nggas because it's not your culture. A bunch of working class blacks can't just go around using middle class terms and calling each other crck*s because it doesn't apply to them

You're white aren't you? Why do some white people want to use this word so bad??? Does it seem cool? When would you ever have occasion to use it in a nonoffensive way?

I am pretty sure that I should not use the N-word.
It is not very important for me to tell other people what to do

It depends on what your definition of "okay."
99.9% of people I met use the n word whether it is like saying "What up MAN" or in a derogatory sense. Unfortunately, my parents have called them the n word in Korean. All my friends said it at least once or twice a day. Some of my acquaintances say it every second.
