A bunch of middle class white teens can't just call each other nggas because it's not your culture. It depends on what your definition of "okay."
99.9% of people I met use the n word whether it is like saying "What up MAN" or in a derogatory sense. Unfortunately, my parents have called them the n word in Korean. All my friends said it at least once or twice a day. Some of my acquaintances say it every second.
