Not when the story is all fictional and made of lies and false information. lol
I think what you are missing to understand is all this fuss is made by attention seeking women who have nothing better to do.
I don't think the other side give as much thought towards this.
But when accusations and slanderous remarks are being dished out towards the name on the top of this forum. I say enough is enough. -

'I have read an article written by Jay Tavare a few years ago where he had interviewed Jackie Chan in Venice magazine for one of his up coming films and it was well written and very interesting.
I will ask RRF if she can get that interview and post it.'
If it can be found, and posted, then I look forward to reading the interview with Jackie Chan.
However that has led me on to another thought. On the magazine/interview section of the site there are photographs of magazine covers, Cosmopolitan, GQ, Vogue and Vanity Fair1c84 featuring Jay Tavare. Presumably there were interviews to go with the cover shots? Could these interviews be located and posted as well? -

Wow, I don't believe it!!! A complement by Amy,
Despite all that has been said on these forums about Jay, it is nonetheless a good read.
Now the truth will set you FREE,
And Aethelflaed-918 if you are truly British, then tell me which British Comdian used the puch line, "It's all done in the best possible taste"!
If you are a true Brit you should know that. lol -

Kenny Everett. And "comedian" is a subjective term when it related to him.
Unlike me, Aethelflaed is as quintesentially English as they comeVery pale skinned, can probably trace her roots back to the Magna Carta and has a very dry British sense of humour.
I'm trying to change that of courseintroduce to her the Indian perspective of all thingsshe's fighting it womanfully but I'll win in the end! ;o) -

I did know the answer to your question, but Anjaali beat me to it. So if you feel the need to ask me another then fire away and I'll do my level best to supply you with the proof you require however I'll tie Anjaali's hands up first!!

If I'm a true Brit eh??! What do you think you would find if I sliced open an artery? Red, white and blue come gushing out? Ah but of course because I can trace my ancestry back to the Magna Carta and beyond then maybe it would be just blue blood that would stain the floor?
If you want more information I can tell you that I can trace my ancestry back for generations. On my fathers side I'm English and on my mothers side I can trace the line back to Scotland, specifically to the Highlands and that, by my reckoning, makes me Anglo-Saxon/Celt. Physically what do I look like? Okay well, 5' 4" tall, blue grey eyes, light brown hair and as Anjaali mentioned pale skin. From this flood of information you should have deduced that my heritage and my physical appearance are quintessentially English, as Anjaali rightly stated. I think that just about covers it and gives you chapter and verse on my ethnicity.
But I do admit to being intrigued as to why you think I may not be British?
As for Anjaali (just in case you were wondering) she's as British as I am in the sense that she was born here but quite obviously from the name she has chosen and what she's referred to in her reply her antecedents lie in the Indian sub continent, specifically in the Punjab, where her family were landowners and enjoy the privilege of being from one of the high castes.
Shes a lovely person and weve been friends for a long time but I do have to live with the fact that shes a tad delusional at times, bless her. Trying to change my outlook from Anglo Saxon to Indian is merely one of the things that shes tried over the years, and whats truly entertaining is although she never gets anywhere she never gives up! But what can I say? Its a cross that I bear with fortitude and endurance! sigh
