Do you have any links? I'm not saying this as an attack, I'm just generally interested in seeing them, you might be right, it's just been my experience these people never look the same in person as they do on TV.

Yes, the only reason I'm here is to look up her age after seeing her on Jimmy Kimmel just now and being surprised how different she looks from her early work I remember her in. I was surprised to find out she's only 46.

woman for looking her age or for getting plastic surgery.

She looks a good 8 years older than 46. Plus she is a celeb, they can afford to buy all the best money can buy so should looks better than the average woman. but she doesn't. I have seen normal non famous women in their 40's who look younger and they don't have anywhere near the time and money to spend on themselves.

And some would rather just age naturally rather than botoxing the hell out of their face, and those that choose to age naturally look better (and less like plastic) because of it.
