So so sad. Ive been in tears today. I spoke to him about 8 years ago and he was wonderful, such a warm and witty gentleman.
RIP Sir Terry, God bless you
Goodnight, good luck and may your God go with you -

I feel bereft. Such a witty man with a gentle humour. I was laughing at the very recent repeats of his food road trip with Mason McQueen. Sad there'll be no more.
Farewell, Sir Terry.

A sad loss in a world that needs his brand of companionability more than ever.
Very true. It's hard to know who else could possibly replicate the warmth and amicable dependability Wogan exuded as a broadcaster. -

We have lost a few celebrities over the past wee whilethis one has hit the hardest though.
It feels like we have lost Stonehengesomething is gone that has always been with us.
Tonight's "One Show" served up a great tribute tonight, and tears flowed when they played out with the floral dance.
A life well lived and a rest well earned.
RIP Sir Terry.

Beautifully put. The One Show tonight was quite a tear jerker.
I thought Terry was fabulous and always looked forward to seeing him - his appearance on Would I Lie To You was a highlight in238 recent years.
I'll miss his voice and humour very much indeed -
