Marilyn Mansonโs former sexual assault accuser Ashley Morgan Smithline claims his ex Evan Rachel Wood was
among those who โmanipulatedโ her
into make false rape accusations against the shock rocker.
The 58-year-old โPersonal Jesusโ singer โ born Brian Hugh Warner โ had been accused by Ashley, 38, of raping her while cutting her with a swastika-emblazoned knife and shoving his fist into her mouth during sex, with the model revealing her claims the โThe Viewโ in June 2021 and entering a lawsuit against him.
Her case was dismissed in January after she failed to find new legal counsel to represent her, and
she has now told in a declaration about her allegations, obtained by Page Six on Thursday (23.02.23): โI succumbed to pressure from Evan Rachel Wood and her associates to make accusations of rape and assault against (Marilyn) that were not true.โ
She added in her statement either
Evanโs girlfriend Illma Gore, or Marilynโs former assistant Ashley Walters, who also sued him, contacted her in 2020 and allegedly said she should take part in group meetings of the singerโs โvictimsโ.
โI was asked whether (I) was repressing memories to just get through day-to-day life, and whether it was easier just to not think about what actually happened than accept reality.
โThey also said it was important for people to come forward so that no one else gets hurt.โ
Ashley added as she grew to believe she was an abuse victim, she let lllma write a statement about her claims, and post it on social media.
A source told Page Six the only time Evan met Ashley was when they were on camera filming a documentary.
Marilynโs attorney Howard King also told the outlet Ashley had contacted him and his team last week and apologised, saying: โShe was a reluctant participant (in Evanโs alleged scheme) from the get-go.โ
Brava, Miss Smithline! Thank you for standing up to this atrocity of weaponizing DV and SA against innocent men for the sake of fame and money. Thank you for getting off the crazy train and outing ERW as the manipulating liar that she is.

I absolutely believe he is innocent. He's no saint, and never claimed to be. However, what you see as the character of Marilyn Manson is not the person Brian Warner. That would be like thinking Johnny Depp is really a pirate.

she might be encouraging other women to speak up against him with possibly some embellishment (which is wrong yes) but that guy is a sick motherfucker who has most likely raped and/or killed many women lol just ask his best friend johnny depp

I've read the court documents Smithline filed admitting that ERW and Gore had gathered and coerced women to make false claims against Manson. Are you aware that they fabricated an FBI letter using the name of a real FBI agent, impersonating a federal office and officer, to coerce or convince other women that he was being investigated. You seriously have no problem with this?
Forging a federal document to coerce women to make false allegations is only one of their criminal acts. They hacked into his computer. His ex-personal assistant provided passwords (which obviously should have been changed, but we usually expect people we hire to be trustworthy) and sent false emails.
He's already had three cases dismissed, one case settled. He's not mainstream and he's a shock rocker, and people are not separating the art from the artist.
ERW and Gore tried to use the making of the film Groupie to "prove" that Manson filmed and tortured women. The woman in the video, Pola, has been interviewed and stated she was not underage, there was no abuse, and contrary to what the narrative is, there was no SA or any such behaviour. Pola was also on set when the Heart Shaped Glasses video was filmed and even was friendly with ERW at the time. ERW was not r*ped on set, the sex was simulated, and ERW was the one who came up with many of the creative ideas for that video.
I am not dying on the hill of Manson, but I, as someone who has been through SA and DV, know that what these women are doing by weaponizing the #MeToo movement is harming real victims.
As more and more of these women fall off the bandwagon and recant their accusations, the more and more fake accusations will be stopped and hopefully prosecuted. To crucify a man to where he loses his career and livelihood because he's not family-friendly based only on social media and accusations, is immoral and should be illegal.
I fully support Depp as well. If you watched the trial, you'd have heard and seen how Heard was the abuser.

She does seem to be on the wrong side of all these things lol. I definitely see a bias in favor of men. I don't think she's trolling or crazy, but there seems to be a blindspot. A charitable way to look at it is maybe she's familiar with a case of wrongful accusations. These things can shape your prejudices, much like you and arab men.
