I enjoy your great "Looking For A Hit" album, and love such songs as Streets Of Bakersfield (w/the late Owens)
and Little Sister, the great tune the "King" made famous (it's Elvis Presley)
Wishing you a wonderful Day! -

Happy birthday to one of my alltime favorite country singers!! I have been a big fan since the first time I heard "Honky Tonk Man" and became an instant fan of this new guy who was turning country music on it's ear! 25 years later you are not only still producing great music but proving just as talented as an actor! Wishing you all the best Dwight!!

His birthdate is one year and a day after mine. And I think he's got tremendous talent, he's not just a gimmick, he's got great breath control and timber, and the way he caresses certain vowels of the words as he's singing, almost as if he's making love to them, smooootthhhhh.
The only thing that kept him back was Randy Travis and after that Alan Jackson. IMOHe lifts me clear to the sky, you know he taught me to fly.
