It's one of those sorta healthy things that tastes good. I still eat it, but I eat enough of it, my throat tingles and itches. Worth it.

I still eat it. I wonder if the syrain or how it's prepared has an effect because I can eat guacamole salad at a Texmex place, and be fine. I eat one of those prepackaged dips (they're also not as good), and I get itchy. I can do a few thibmn alices of fresh avocado, but if I eat the whole thing, my throat is irritated.

How many hours do you spend in meetings or shipping boxes or whatever you do? I'm snuggled up in my blanky.
I'm in meeting 2-3 hours a week max. I have reports and audits to do in a field that makes people's lives better. And, since I work from home, I can do it snuggled in my blanky tooβ¦.

My step dad was allergic to crab. It gave him hives, but he loved it and still ate it
Benadryl would help with that

Every antihistamine will have that effect on me. Unless I'm in mmortal danger, I prefer the allergic reaction to thw side effects of the medicine. Same goes for at least one antidepressant I tried.
Antihistamine creams don't bother me as far as I remember, but I've rarely used them.
