How many hours do you spend in meetings or shipping boxes or whatever you do? I'm snuggled up in my blanky.
I'm in meeting 2-3 hours a week max. I have reports and audits to do in a field that makes people's lives better. And, since I work from home, I can do it snuggled in my blanky too….

My step dad was allergic to crab. It gave him hives, but he loved it and still ate it
Benadryl would help with that

Every antihistamine will have that effect on me. Unless I'm in mmortal danger, I prefer the allergic reaction to thw side effects of the medicine. Same goes for at least one antidepressant I tried.
Antihistamine creams don't bother me as far as I remember, but I've rarely used them. -

I mostly use it in cereal. I was on almond milk for a while but almonds are so water intensive that it really isn't sustainable in a place like California where most nuts are grown. Still uses less than cows at least.
