They now give me anaphylaxis kind of reaction and I have to take Benadryl.. Avocados are a latex food like bananas. You may have a latex plant food allergy?

I mostly use it in cereal. I was on almond milk for a while but almonds are so water intensive that it really isn't sustainable in a place like California where most nuts are grown. Still uses less than cows at least.

That's why I get the creamy version. The regular kind is too watery and bland. The sweetened or vanilla ones are too sweet. Creamy falls comfortably in the middle and does a decent impression of a cow
I'm not quite sure whether she thinks that's a good thing or not.
