And then he looks pretty much the same today except with gray hair.

Alan had such a "baby face" while he starred in MISTER ED that it was very hard to believe he was in his 40s. He does not look his age today.

To me he looked every bit of 40 when he was on the show.
My family and friends disagree with you but everyone is entitled to their own opinion. I just remember how shocked I was when I first found out Alan Young's real age on MISTER ED. Whatever his age, I sincerely thought he was great for the part and handsome, sweet and charming.
It is unfortunate they don't make them like Alan any more.
The guy is a legend and still going strong. Scrooge McDuck will kick ass at 100 too i'm sure
