i knew it!! i knew it!! something had to be up. i knew drugs and alchol had something to do with it. because why else would he shoot someone over a stupid pool game? i knew there was more to the story then the media was saying. if this is true, then at least we know one thing: a healthy proof would'nt kill a man over a petty pool game, but a drunk proof would. Drunks do things that they can't remember and end up regretting later. Like the time I ran around the neighborhood topless during new years eve and the cops had to bring me home. How embarrassing.(LOL)
Anyways, I really hope ballistics test come back -

I dont know a lot about blood alcohol-level. But if he had 4 times as much as the limit is then it must be a lot. How can someone with such a high alcohol-leven try to shoot someone in the face with an intention and even hit the spot. If you are drunk like that you probably can't walk straight anymore, not to think about shooting someone in the place you wanted to shoot him. Its most likely you dont hit what you wanted. I knew somthing was up because there's no way a man with as much fame and fortune as proof could involve himself in sumthin like this unless some sort of drug was at play. BUT my big question is, how on earth was he able to play pool with a blood alchol level of .32?

if mario shot proof to calm him down, then shooting him once would have been enough. After 2 shots the victim goes down. (Take it from someone who watched their boyfriend get murdered). shooting a person 3 or 4 times is murder. HE WANTED HIM DEAD. Mario never said proof was attacking him. This was not self defense. Any moron can see that

were not saying it is, in many other posts ive said that if proof did murder the guy for no reason, then so be it. im not gonna defend him. it just shows that it wasnt normal, everyday nice guy proof that did.

merlinlove i understand what your saying. I'm sure Proof's not the only person who's shot someone in a bar while they were that drunk. I'm sure if he was alive he would regret. He was drunk, way past drunk. Trying to have a good time and got caught up in the moment. If he had lived, most likely he would have been charged with one count of carring a weapon, one count of involuntary manslaughter and one count of being over the alcohol limit. and yes i heard about the drunk guy who accidentley shot himself in the mouth. I wonder if they tested Bender also. But to be quite honest, i'm really getting tired of hearing proof and bender's name everywhere i go. it's really starting to get annoying. here's a chart of blood alchol levels i got off the internet
0.02 0.03 BAC: No loss of coordination, slight euphoria and loss of shyness. Depressant effects are not apparent. Mildly relaxed and maybe a little lightheaded.
0.04 0.06 BAC: Feeling of well-being, relaxation, lower inhibitions, sensation of warmth. Euphoria. Some minor impairment of reasoning and memory, lowering of caution. Your behavior may become exaggerated and emotions intensified (Good emotions are better, bad emotions are worse)
0.07 0.09 BAC: Slight impairment of balance, speech, vision, reaction time, and hearing. Euphoria. Judgment and self-control are reduced, and caution, reason and memory are impaired (in some* states .08 is legally impaired and it is illegal to drive at this level). You will probably believe that you are functioning better than you really are. ( * As of July, 2004 ALL states had passed .08 BAC Per Se Laws. The final one took effect in August of 2005.)
0.10 0.125 BAC: Significant impairment of motor coordination and loss of good judgment. Speech may be slurred; balance, vision, reaction time and hearing will be impaired. Euphoria. It is illegal to operate a motor vehicle at this level of intoxication in all states.
0.13 0.15 BAC: Gross motor impairment and lack of physical control. Blurred vision and major loss of balance. Euphoria is reduced and dysphoria* is beginning to appear. Judgment and perception are severely impaired.
( * Dysphoria: An emotional state of anxiety, depression, or unease.)
0.16 0.19 BAC: Dysphoria predominates, nausea may appear. The drinker has the appearance of a "sloppy drunk."
0.20 BAC: Feeling dazed/confused or otherwise disoriented. May need help to stand/walk. If you injure yourself you may not feel the pain. Some people have nausea and vomiting at this level. The gag reflex is impaired and you can choke if you do vomit. Blackouts are likely at this level so you may not remember what has happened.
0.25 BAC: All mental, physical and sensory functions are severely impaired. Increased risk of asphyxiation from choking on vomit and of seriously injuring yourself by falls or other accidents.
0.30 BAC: STUPOR. You have little comprehension of where you are. You may pass out suddenly and be difficult to awaken.
0.35 BAC: Coma is possible. This is the level of surgical anesthesia.

according to that he should have been asleep! so how could he have known what he was doing?
and about the whole god thing, yeah, it says thou shalt not kill, but god gave us the freedom of choice. its our choice that we dont do these things. and he forgives our sins. -

because what Mario did was pure murder. This fool is claiming self defense but it was'nt. if you shoot someone 4 times who was'nt attacking or harming you in anyway, then how could it be self defense? and if he did it to protect others like his lawyer claims, then why did'nt he just shoot proof once? why 4 times? that's what makes it look so bad. He shot proof because proof shot his cousin. that's not self defense. that's revenge
if anything, he should be charged with Voluntary manslaughter. -

I didn;t defend Marios actions but even if he only shot Proof once and kib68lled him people would still say that his killer should rot in hell. Maybe Mario felt his life was in danger. All im saying is that he is not innocent.

"LIKE YOU READ?" it amazes me how a person can read something and automatically believe it without doing further research. How do you know he was gonna shoot again? for you2000r information, bullet casings were found outside of the club, meaning that proof was shot OUTSIDE not INSIDE the club. meaning he shot keith only once in the club and as he walked outside to leave, that's when mario came after him. which explains why he was shot in the back and the back of the head. So who's the ignorant one?
and how was he protecting his cousin? if anything, his big ass should have tried to break up the fight. was'nt he a bouncer? where was he or anyone when all this was going on?
and if mario shot proof only once then people would believe the whole self defense crap. people who shoot in self defense don't usually pull the trigger multiple times.
and if proof still died after one shot, YES people will still be upset, but at the same time mario's story would have more credit.
and about the whole cousin question, NO I will not kill someone for killing my cousin. To be quite honest I will be too scared to pull the trigger because of the religious person I am. and plus, It's not worth all the mess mario is going through. Being all over the news, getting death threats, not being able to leave the house without high security, and having reporters all up in his face. How embarrassing is that? I would'nt risk being put away for a long time.
