That would be a nerve-wracking experience! Yes, I would, just to see what he could tell me (constructive crit.) but I'd prob. need to sit down afterwards. For a really really long time. 😉

Yes, I would. I can't even cook toast, but I'd give it a whirl and then just lie back and drool while he yelled at me mmm

Hell no. I'd crack open a can of ravioli's and let him have it. He can criticize Chef Boyarde all he wants.

Honestly, I don't know. I would be afraid of the negative remarks about my food.

Ramsay appreciates an honest heart and as long as I don't put on airs and cook a family recipe for him,no, I wouldn't have a problem at all. He loves Indian food but he's never tried Bengali family specialties. Labra, lucchi, dry kitchri, papad, egg omelette with chilis and onions, eggplant beguni, and sandesh. Come for dinner Gordon.

I'm not a chef, I'm not trying to run a restaurant, and I would have no problem making some simple family recipe for him. I totally disagree with people that are saying he's never had anything other than criticism for any of the food he tasted on his shows (I mostly watch Kitchen Nightmares, but I've caught a few episodes of his other shows as well). I remember the episode with Mama Cheri's Soul Shack - he loved the food, he cleared the plate! He criticized the business side of things but he absolutely complimented the food where a compliment was due.

I also would be a nervous wreck, but I would prepare him a meal. I would respect his criticisms better if he told me that I shouldn't do "this" and shouldn't do "that" but, instead do "this other" and do "that other" to improve the food and preparation. None of that "it tastes like crap" jazz and just leave me hanging!

Like some people have said, maybe toast. I wouldn't even do cereal, as he'd probably say " Too much milk! How can I enjoy my cereal knowing it's all going ot go soggy!? I hate soggy". I wouldn't even dream of something like Ready Brek "It's to lumpy!" "It's too runny!". Bottom line, probably no.

Nah, I'd cook him a 3 course awesome vegetarian meal. I'm almost positive he's never had one of those as he seems to think vegetarians are culinarily deprived.
