No, no. Actually all I put in mine is just eggs and veggies. No cream, sour milk or whatever else people add. I've tried it and it looks like vomit, and it comes out as such.

Scrambled eggs are suppose to have texture. You know one of the wondrous properties of protein? His eggs look like a runny, hot egg salad. There is a reason why it has to be served on toast. I shouldn't need a spoon to eat it. It should cut with a fork, but still have some of the custard texture.
Also the sides of roasted mushrooms and cherry tomatoes is not a breakfast flavor. What's next? Baked beans for breakfast?
Yes scrambled eggs is a mixture. Milk, a little salt and pepper.

Yeah, what the beep is up with that bizzare and frankly stupid post. I can scramble my eggs with whatever the beep I want, asswipe. They probably taste better than you're impromtu served sh it on a platter.

The first and technically proper way of cooking scrambled eggs is to have them as runny as possible whilst also maintaining texture. It's essentially meant to be
Eggs + salt.
That's it. Leave it to the person to add pepper or not.
The problem with many chefs/cooks/people (which you see on Ramsay's show and in this very thread) is that they believe that their way is the BEST and ONLY way to cook something. Cooking is a variable art. There are many different ways to cook a dish. Some will taste fantastic, some won't.
The one thing I will say that if you're ignorant about cooking then your food will suffer from it. Criticism is the path towards perfection.
This is not the case. 1 chefs food could be 1 persons hold or it could be 1 persons trash.
Personally I do mine:
4 Eggs + 1 Egg yolk (Makes the colour more vibrant)
Single Cream
Salt
Chives -

His sublime scrambled eggs, which is 6 large eggs with 3 tablespoons of butter with creme fraiche,salt,pepper and chives is delicious. However, it's only alright for a treat otherwise i'd be as fat as Big Momma.
