If a person's whole family despises them, their in-laws refuse to have anything to do with them, and all of their friendships are short term, ending acrimoniously, I think it's a fair assumption that they're a ****.
It's impossibly unlikely that literally every single person who gets to know her personally is wrong and she's actually a nice person.

I don't care that much either. I don't really pay all that much attention to the royal family, but I just think the hate for this woman is excessive.
The reasons I dee people hating her seem dumb, like not dressing conservatively. -

The other reasons given are just as silly or the response to it is excessive.

she doesnt have any "official" royal duties as far as i can read, and she's not running for Parliameant as a Labour candidate, so i'm always amazed by the sheer hate she gets -

I'm not one for liking 'celebrities' and people in the public eye. There are a few exceptions to this but generally I have no interest or opinion on people I don't know and I will never know. And I take zero interest in what goes on in their life.
But yeah, I don't get why this one particular woman is vilified so much and I find it strange that so many people take the time to hate on her. To me it's weird. -

Why do people treat celebrities like they're royalty?
I'll never understand why anybody hero worships another human being. I can admire their talent, I can be impressed by their intellect, I can be humbled by their generosity and thoughtfulness, but I'll never be enthralled by their existence and feel any kind of emotional connection to them. Those feelings are reserved for family and friends.
All people are just people. We live in a very weird time. Perhaps society is missing its spirituality and celebrity worship fills that void?
