no its not in the books you idiot. you just think it is because in the other movies there was a black girl playing a lavander character but it wasnt "the" lavander, she was just an extra. in the book Harry mentions that he has trouble telling their hands apart, so obviously she is white, and pale or this wouldnt be a problem. think before you speak

I'm amazed they were able to cast someone as cute as her in the role, I half expected them to go with a lesser looking girl for fear of her stealing the thunder of that overblown tart Emma Watson.
