I'm not even going to reply to this because of the ridiculousness. I suggest for you to read this link:

Ok, then please explain to me how the first living cell popped into existence.
and yeah, i've read that whole evolution article on wikipedia, which is a pro-evolutionist web site anyway. But even they won't censor or ban an article unless it directly threatens their dogma of evolution. However, it's not very hard to put 2 + 2 together from the facts that are found even on their site. Just read their article on how DNA works - which is present even in bacteria, like e.coli - one of the simplest life forms known to exist.
btw, take a look at these:

And Buybul is undoubtedly 100% truth and accurate According to classical christian apologist fallacy "you can't prove there's no gawd", you can't argue evolution is false either. If your bearded bloodthirsty space monster is "probable" and "scientifically relevant" "theory", then anything goes. And if take more critical aspect, then you can kiss goodbye to your bronze age mythologies BEFORE we start

Trying to bring this back on topic
He does say some pretty sacrilegious things in his Bible games review. And I don't think a Christian would come up with Super Mecha Death Christ. But we can't be sure because he has never publicly stated one way or the other.
The best clue we have is actually from his wife's twitter account, where she describes herself as a "Wine & Spirit Importer, Blogger, Wife, Sister, Daughter,
          Atheist
, Lover of all things Sci Fi & Sport, Wine Devotee, Fashion Enthusiast, Violet Ashes 5b4Gardener"
So we know for a fact his wife is an Atheist. That probably means James is either an Agnostic or Atheist, or at the least non-religious. It's unlikely someone who is very religious would marry an Atheist.

That twitter you quoted is not his wife. There is more than one April Rolfe in the world.

Personally, I don't care if he's irreligious or not. He obviously isn't obsessed with the issue of religion, nor does he hold religious people in contempt. He just wants to make comedy. He's good in my book (I'm a Christian).

Connsidering he says "F'ing Jesus" and such every video, I highly doubt he is Christian.

Why does it matter if he's an atheist or not?

Well, he appears to be somewhat intelligent, so I would say: yes, most likely.
