Best Sitcom of the 00s?

My favorites? Entourage and Scrubs. That doesn't count sitcoms that started in the '90s that went into the 2000s (i.e. South Park).
The ones that will be remembered as "the best?" Arrested Development and The Office. Modern Family may as well. -

I'll put Scrubs in top of my list and other honorable mentions will be Everybody hates Chris, My name is Earl and Friends.
I'm a bit surprised that Everybody hates Chris haven't mentioned once earlier. I guess it was not memorable enough.(tragic, tragic)
Arrested Development and It's always sunny in Philadalphia are in my watchlist, haven't seen it yet. -

A lot of those I'd classify more in the '10sI know they were made in like 2008-09, but Glee is a show for the 10's as well as MOdern Family.

The list was taken down so I have no idea what was on it, lol.
But iCarly was the best sitcom of the 00s, followed by The Office.
