    How so?

yes, it is great, and the movie was a good adaptation, while inferior.

        This really isn't necessarily OT
I think it is.. it's still a superhero movie no matter how you look at it. Not a fan of this, or the director.

Dawn of the Dead was okay for a remake/reboot. But yeah I agree, don't rate him as a director either.

I love both the graphic novel and the movie. One of the rare cases where a change in the movie from the book was actually way better. I thought the ending in the movie was so much better.

One of the best "comic book" movies. And I agree with jim; the movie's ending is a big improvement on the graphic novel's.

I couldn't have said it better. Well, I could, because I am me and you are you, but had I said it, I couldn't say it any better. The cast was great. Really brought the characters to life.
                I don't think, therefore I am not.

Love the comics. The film wasas good as it could be expected to be. But I agree with Alan Moore that it shouldn't have been made, that his vision was made specifically for the comic form.
I agree with your alignment judgements. I would say that Night Owl is lawful good. Comedian was chaotic good. The real question is how do you see Ozymandias?

                    It's my favorite "superhero" movie.

                      I didn't like it.
                      The soundtrack was too lax.
Bob Dylan during the opening credits, Hendrix's Watchtower song during a lift-off.
Good music that's not going to get it done.
This film needed a more aggressive atmosphere, dare I say a maddening one, to match the comedian.
Your sarcasm has driven me to idiocy.

I had mixed feelings towards Watchmen. It was better than most Zack Snyder films.

I'm a fan of the comic, NOT a fan of the movie.
If Rorschach had a sister, I'm sure we would have seen her in the flashbacks. Rorschach was almost certainly an only child.
