Well, to be fair to Donna Noble, she somehow managed to keep all those memories contained within her somehow and pass half of them along to her none binary offspring and it turns out they were even better than the Doctor when he presented as a male Time Lord (Even though he'd just been a female one the previous week!).
So he sort of shot himself in the foot with that one
So maybe Benny will spring out a sprog with all those memories and be even better than Colin
Ok for that to happen we need Benny to find a nice man and ADOPT a none binary (or at least a trans girl who IDENTIFIES as none binary when it suits her superior purposes). On the off chance that Benny likes women too, his spawn will need to COINCIDENTALLY be a trans woman who says ‘NONE BINARY’ when Benny starts going a bit loopy and repeating ‘binary binary binary etc’. I doubt that it will happen though. Colin Ritman is only ever out for what he can get so I doubt that he will have left Benny with a LOOPHOLE.

Speaking of..I thought about something whilst on a walk that I wanted to run by you…
How would you feel if I got AI and Colin to make me and Benny brothers.

Yes I suppose you’re right. It’s easy for a brotherless man such as me who is BARREN of BROTHER to want a brother badly, different story for him though.

You'd need to get Benny's consent though, you can't just go and become someone's sibling out of nowhere (Unless you are in a soap opera)

You can't just assume consent
This isn't the 80's anymore
You need a full document with all sorts of parameters set out clearly and in multiple languages (And possibly brail) before you can undergo anything as complex as fictional AI adoption of an adult into sibling relations
There's probably horror stories about it and stuff
