It all boils down to the basic fact that people are stupid nowadays. In previous times intelligent people listened to The Beatles, Rolling Stones, The Beach Boys and The Kinks. Now people listen to whatever godawful ****e is on the charts.
You can't blame the *******. You just can't! They've come out with some of the finest original rock, soul music etc and aside from Eminem, Devlin etc legitimately ARE rap. Who's to blame?
