Those are some of the funniest lines! Here's another one:
Oscar (when the others are afraid Felix will attempt suicide in the bathroom): That's the kids' bathroom. The worst he could do in there is brush his teeth to death.
Also,
Murray "the cop" (about people who, like Felix, threaten suicide): We get these cases every day. All they want is a little sympathy. We've got a guy who calls us up every Saturday afternoon from the George Washington Bridge.
Also,
Felix (after Vinnie says that he and his wife are going to the park): You always do things like that together, don't you?
Vinnie: We have to. I don't know how to drive.
And, of course, during the poker game:
Murray: How many cards you got, four?
Speed: Yes, Murray, we all have four cards. If you gave us one more we'd all have five. If you gave us two more we'd all have six. Understand how it works now? -

After Felix complaining about being cold in the diner
Oscar -"Do you want me to order you a blanket?"
Poker player- 'Whats that smell?..sniff sniff.. Its the cards, he disinfected the cards'
Out looking for Felix in the cop car
Murray- 'I'm really not supposed to use this car off duty, my bosses don't like it'
Oscar - 'So take it out of my taxes' -

A couple of scenes that have always made me laugh the hardest had no lines:
The scene where Oscar comes in and, just to make Felix mad, he tosses the flowers out of the vase, knocks the picture on the wall crooked, wipes his shoes on the curtains and steps up and walks all over the couch.
The other one is where Felix is winding up the cord to the vacuum and he sees Oscar standing on the cord. So he winds the cord up around his arm and just as he starts to jerk it, it cuts to the shot of Oscar and he just lifts his leg up and you hear the huge crash in the kitchen. For some reason that image of Walter Matthau standing there with his hands in his pockets, just looking around casually and lifting his foot just before you hear that crash always kills me.
As far as I'm concerned, the funniest movie ever made. Period. -

'Why doesn't he hear me? I know I'm talking, I recognize my voice.'
Oh man, and when that Pigeon sister pulls her head back really fast to avoid having Felix snap her cigarette in the lighter again, I just lose it! I've already worn out two VHS copies and now I'm on the DVD. I don't think I'll ever get tired of watching this movie. It's such a riot!
And if you thought Walter Matthau was funny as Oscar, you have to see him as Willie Clark in 'The Sunshine Boys' He was the funniest curmudgeon the big screen has ever seen. Forget that Grumpy Old Men crap, see 'The Sunshine Boys' it may be his best performance ever. -

I always enjoyed the simple line at the end, when Felix is closing the door to the apartment behind him: "Marriages may come and go, but the game must go on. So long, Francis." We don't know if Felix called Oscar 'Francis' as a mistake (like he did earlier in the film) or if he said if affectionatley to Oscar. Either way, it is a great line.

Oscar "We are all out of Corn Flakes, F.U. It took me three hours to figure out F.U. was Felix Unger"
Oscar "You are not going anywhere until you take that back"
Felix "Take what back?"
Oscar "Let it be on your head. What the hell is that? The curse of the cat people?" -
